Ciao Amici is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of merchandise and customer service. We will take utmost care to ship your items in well-packed boxes.

Return and Exchange Procedure

When returning or exchanging an item to Ciao Amici, costumers are requested to follow the procedure outline below:

Notify Ciao Amici via, email, fax or telephone within seven days of receiving your shipment about materials that you would like to exchange or return. Please inform us of the reason of return or exchange.
All materials that are being returned must be packed securely in their original packages and boxes. Ciao Amici will not issue any credits for materials that have been opened and which are not in their original packaging.

All returns must be insured. Items damaged during a return to Ciao Amici will not be credited towards your account.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The costumer is responsible for shipping materials back to Ciao Amici. (If there are no initial shipping charges due to free shipping/special promotion, handling costs will be deducted from the refund).
